Position: Inside Sales Representative

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services while identifying upsell opportunities
Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory
Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Proactively promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion
Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption
Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities
Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage
Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business
Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or near-native level in Danish, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets
Strong communication skills in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
