Customer Support Agent - Italian - Lisbon

Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat or email, providing troubleshooting and advice.
- Provide B2B customer support focused on monetization (e.g., optimizing channel revenue and strategies).
- Stay informed and up-to-date with client policies and guidelines.
- Assist with account and settings issues (e.g., resolving content ID and rights management concerns).
- Manage policy, safety, and copyright issues (e.g., understanding ads, navigation, and copyright guidelines).
- Troubleshoot various problems (e.g., video playback issues, uploading errors, account bugs, and membership concerns).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Italian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
