Sales Representative - Dutch - Valencia
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Valencia, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with private and business customers by phone and email
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
- Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm
- Follow up on warm leads—no cold calling required
- Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations
- Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement
- Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality
- Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential—we provide full training
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes
- Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
