Customer Expert - Swedish - Greece
Position: Customer Expert

What you will do:
- Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and end customers
- Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
- Follow provided response templates and quality standards
- Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project
What you will bring:
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written communication
- Previous experience is not required, but customer service background is a plus!
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
