Quality Analyst - Japanese - Portugal

Position: Quality Analyst
Location: Remote - Portugal

The primary objective of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to be a SME
(Subject Matter Expert) for quality guidelines and review / rate various types of content, which could be audio, video, text, photos, and provide ratings on their individual judgements / decisions, restricted within the options being provided as per the task guidelines with written explanations to support their ratings and help improve rater quality over time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a SME ( Subject Matter Expert) for quality guidelines
- Evaluate and rate multiple types of content which could be audio, video, text, photos, and provide ratings with written rationales on their individual judgements / decisions restricted within the options being provided as per task guidelines
- Participate in calibration sessions with the team and included stakeholders for the workflows asper instructions from the team lead
- To do Peer audits as a part of the process model and also to assist in training as per need
- To coordinate with other team members for sharing best practices
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Japanese and fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to take on a job in Portugal without any legal support (EU citizenship or residence card in Portugal)
- University degree would be an advantage but is not required
- Comfortable with G suite, especially Google Sheets
- Detail oriented, rigorous, analytical
- Computer literate with strong experience using MS Office applications
- Excellent in verbal & writing skills with the ability to present reasoning in a clear, concise, and logical manner
- Works independently and as a part of a team with a willingness to ensure results are achieved
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of logical reasoning with decision making
