DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor and manage quality, productivity, and team performance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates and highlight key focus areas.
• Address client queries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Recruitment, Training, HR, and Quality to support team development.
• Maintain operational reports and provide performance insights.
• Assist in identifying training needs and support coaching initiatives to enhance team skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluent in German, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English (B2) fluency.
• Over 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong people management and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with vendors or external partners is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive key initiatives.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
