DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct regular quality audits and evaluations to maintain high standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about process updates and communicate changes as necessary.
• Join calibration sessions to ensure alignment on quality standards.
• Handle transactions to support smooth operational flow.
• Generate and distribute quality reports, dashboards, and track improvement trends.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience while ensuring compliance.
• Contribute to the achievement of both short- and long-term process goals.
• Ensure consistent achievement of quality and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluent in German, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English (B2) fluency.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality analysis or similar role within a service environment.
• Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage effectively with others.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
