Recruiter - Bulgarian - Sofia
Position: Recruiter
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work model: hybrid (2-3 days a week from the office)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement high-volume, multilingual sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various markets
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Build and maintain a talent pool for key positions and languages to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and talent availability
- Track and report sourcing metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements
- Manage and oversee internal employee referral programs to maximize the potential of current staff networks in sourcing candidate
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing role, with a proven track record of success
- Expertise in various sourcing methods, including Boolean search and social recruiting techniques
- Fluent/ Native in Bulgarian (C1) and in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Bulgarian or any other major European language is a plus
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Taleo or similar platforms
- Experience in a multinational setting, especially in the BPO industry, is highly desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the recruitment process
