Inside Sales Representative - Dutch/Flemish - Malaga
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Malaga, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain the relationship within the account
- Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners
- Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
- Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
- Execute and achieve sales KPIs
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline
- Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls
- Proactively inform the customer of new product roadmaps, proposing
upgrades and transition paths - Develop strong professional working relationships with customers,
partners and colleagues - Adhere to internal customer relations management system guidelines
to ensure accurate data capturing and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Dutch/Flemish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in B2B sales environment
- Strong customer negotiation skills with good presentation and communication skills
- Sound business acumen and commercial mindset
- IT literacy skills with high interest in technology
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Sales-oriented mindset.
