Contract Renewal Representative - Dutch - Bucharest

Position: Dutch Contract Renewal Representative 

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle outbound calls with outstanding professional customer service
  • Provide suggestions, negotiate terms, quote & close sales
  • Create a value-based relationship with existing customer
  • Providing accurate and timely updates to management on progress and outlook
  • Engage as required, with the supporting functional teams to resolve issues raised by customers.
  • Provide outstanding service with a smile and always going extra mile

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Dutch & fluent in English
  • Previous experience within an outbound sales environment will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Easiness leading a phone conversations
  • Dynamic and adaptive personality
  • Strong customer orientation (especially in the display of empathy)
