In this role, you will work exclusively with e-bikes in a modern workshop environment (Amsterdam center), restoring a wide range of models to excellent condition and ensuring consistently high quality standards.

Your Role
Managing the entire refurbishment and repair cycle of e-bikes, from initial inspection and fault diagnosis to spare parts selection and repair execution
Acting as a technical authority, determining the appropriate scope of repairs based on expertise and quality requirements
Performing detailed quality controls to ensure all refurbished e-bikes meet high standards before delivery
Contributing advanced technical knowledge in e-bike hardware and software systems
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize repair processes and overall product quality
Collaborating closely with the workshop team and contributing ideas to improve workflows and efficiency
Your Qualifications
Proven experience as an e-bike mechanic, bicycle mechanic, two-wheel mechanic, mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or in a comparable technical field
Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in a relevant discipline is an advantage; experienced career changers with strong technical expertise are also welcome
Highly organized, precise, and comfortable working independently
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch
