DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive new customer acquisition and expand the existing customer base.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing day-to-day communication and fostering strong relationships.
- Define clear program objectives and deliver sales and operational solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular business reviews, including to senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
- Oversee inside sales and field sales performance, including quota management, forecasting, and data-driven insights.
- Coach and mentor team members through structured performance management, training, and development plans.
- Motivate and support team members by understanding their drivers and promoting personal and professional success.
- Manage strategic planning timelines, program deliverables, and performance expectations.
- Maintain staffing effectiveness through intentional hiring, retention, performance planning, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, Business Intelligence, Talent Solutions, Talent Acquisition, and other key teams.
- Identify and execute strategic initiatives to expand the program and adapt to market and client needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience in a sales environment with direct leadership of individual contributors and/or front-line managers.
- Proven ability to manage client or stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals in office, hybrid, or virtual settings.
- Ability to analyse sales data and reporting to drive performance outcomes.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales acceleration tools.
- Experience collaborating across teams to deliver business objectives.
- Strong professional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Background in delivering live or virtual business reviews.
- Experience coaching and teaching sales processes to elevate team performance.
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals, including time management and milestone ownership.
- Aptitude for managing budgets, P&L elements, and related expenses.
