Customer Service Specialist - English - Valencia
Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Valencia, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Map and document workflows to support operational and compliance processes.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base content for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Create standardized templates and automated responses to enhance efficiency.
- Define performance metrics and establish regular reporting structures.
- Prepare concise presentations, informational materials, and communication content for various audiences.
- Manage, organize, and structure data to support customer and compliance-related initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding activities and knowledge transfer for new team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in English (Native level) both verbally and written.
- Background in customer experience and compliance, ideally with knowledge of KYC/AML practices. (experience or interest in the Crypto industry is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to optimize processes by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and producing clear documentation.
- Proficiency with technology tools, including automation, templates, macros, and cloud-based systems.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience defining performance metrics, interpreting data, and presenting insights.
- Excellent communication and content development abilities, with experience creating FAQs, sales materials, and customer-facing resources.
- Proven project management and onboarding experience, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, support new hires, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
