HR & Recruitment Officer - English - Limassol
Position: HR & Recruitment Officer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Draft and publish job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
- Support daily HR administration such as maintaining employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including insurance matters.
- Maintain accurate HR databases, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support HR-related projects.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor legislation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1) strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in HR and/or recruitment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR practices within the local market.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (or similar tools).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Previous experience in fast-paced industries (e.g., financial services, fintech, call centers) is an advantage.
- Must already have work authorization to work within Cyprus.
- Working schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM.
