DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring both individual and team targets are consistently achieved.
- Provide coaching, training, and development support to team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Manage inbound leads and convert prospects into long-term clients by offering suitable product or service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and effectively promoting company offerings.
- Demonstrate strong personal sales performance while guiding customers through the full sales cycle and setting a positive example for the team.
- Identify and resolve client challenges by delivering tailored, customer-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to team efficiency and operational improvement through organization, innovation, and process enhancement.
- Promote a positive, supportive team culture that values collaboration, recognition, and shared success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (at least B2).
- Significant experience in inside sales within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently exceeding sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Proven experience leading and coaching teams, with a commitment to developing talent and supporting team success, while also managing individual sales responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee both personal and team performance.
- Highly driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving goals—both individually and as a team.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and able to maintain consistent daily call activity while engaging effectively with prospects and clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs, evaluate performance metrics, and implement plans to drive continuous improvement and results.
