Technical Support Advisor - Portuguese (Portugal) - A Coruña

Position: Technical Support Advisor
Location: A Coruña, Spain / On-Site but can be remote
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support and assistance for a project with a leading software development company.
- Utilize prior experience or skills gained as an IT Technician to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and provide valuable insights based on technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in (Portugal) Portuguese(C1 level), English (B2), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Background or experience in IT technologies/products, particularly in Cloud solutions or tools related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows is valuable.
- Ability to manage a wide range of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for effective resolution of issues.
OFFER:

- Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00.
