Position: Commercial Advisor - real estate 

Location: Brussel, Belgium

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the commercial development of the market.
• Advise and develop the loyalty of Belgium real estate agents interested in selling our products.
• Continuous contact with potential clients to assist them in fulfilling their dream of purchasing a home in Spain.
• To visit our real estate promotions in Spain in order to get to know the product and to establish and execute a good training plan for the collaborating agencies.
• Helping in the decision-making process. Advising and following up on individual clients in accordance with the company's protocols.
• Participate in the definition of the marketing plan for its market.
• Participate in various events (real estate fairs, product and service presentations, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English. 
• Previous working experience within the real estate 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Flexible and able to work in a fast paced working environment
• Autonomous, able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Customer-focused, always have the customer’s best interest in mind
