VIP Representative - French - Limassol
Position: VIP Representative
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day customer queries, requests, and complaints via chat and email, including out-of-hours support, ensuring VIPs receive exceptional, personalized service.
- Conduct daily reviews and monitor VIP performance, ensuring bonuses, gifts, and rewards align with business requirements.
- Meet team SLAs for satisfaction, quality, and response times.
- Propose ideas for improving VIP processes and optimizing business targets.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate industry updates to VIP players.
- Participate in workshops to improve team communication and quality.
- Collaborate with VIP Account Managers on queries, escalations, and special cases.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in French (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English (at least B2).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational, relationship-building, planning, and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage promotional risks.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service to valued customers.
