Position: IB Support Advisor

Location: on-site, Podgorica, Montenegro

Employment type: Full-time


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with our partners to ensure smooth communication and support
  • Gather key insights and data from cross-functional teams to drive success
  • Onboard and set up partners in our internal systems for seamless integration
  • Prepare detailed and insightful reports to guide decision-making
  • Handle various administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Ability to manage and analyze data effectively
  • Upper-Intermediate English (at least B2), both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing, with a solid understanding of industry practices.
  • Familiarity with Forex, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
