DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quickly transition from tactical execution to supporting sales leaders in driving team performance and delighting clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Believe that coaching, mentoring, and managing people is the key to all successes that an organization can achieve and sustain. Likewise, the selected candidate will set a high bar for performance and will be able to coach the HR team to be all-in, every day.
- Bring a contemporary point of view into organizational effectiveness practices, employee and leadership development, workforce enablement, and change management.
- Champion an employee / employer relationship that embraces diversity and provides access to opportunity for each member of the workforce who wants it.
- Foster an environment, both within the HR team and across the business, where we collaborate to take smart risks that deliver positive impacts for employees and clients.
- Bring a comprehensive, deep, and true generalist background in the most significant HR practice areas layered on top of a contemporary perspective around service centers, centers of excellence, and HR operations / service delivery that will enable flawless execution from the team.
- Bring a business partner professional and leadership brand that sees the business need, connects to long-term strategy, builds and implements short-term tactic, and builds confidence in leadership at all layers of the organization.
- Easily build trust with others at all levels - form genuine partnerships across the business to influence sales leaders to consume HR services in an integrated manner.
- Serve as a dual-function team member, combining active participation as an engaged business partner as well as a trusted team leader. This includes developing and implementing tactical strategies to enhance team performance, mentoring fellow players, and providing guidance.
- Leverage your experience and insight to support the team's overall development and work alongside them as an executer on the field.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of direct HRBP experience partnering at a senior level within a fast-paced dynamic environment, ideally within a technology, sales, or BPO environment
- At least 2+ years of direct HR team management responsibilities
- At least 5+ years of managing a variety of employee relations issues within an Irish jurisdiction with exposure to other European countries advantageous
- Solid experience in workforce effectiveness, planning, gap analysis, and development
- Experience driving/implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- A history of proven delivery of tangible people results including helping the business think about culture and organizational change
- Strong collaboration skills working across global, cultural, and geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to balance competing priorities and conflicting opinions and facilitate the best decisions for employees and the business in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change
- Robust analytical and strategic skills with a track record of decision making based on both qualitative and quantitative data
- Deadline-driven, organized, able to multitask and highly agile depending on priorities
- The highest level of integrity and judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
