Position: SME - Sales Ads

Location: Gdańsk, Poland

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expert-level advice and solutions for digital advertising strategies, tools, and platforms
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop, present, and refine tailored advertising campaigns for clients
• Lead workshops and training sessions to improve team knowledge and performance
• Monitor key performance metrics and optimize advertising campaigns for better results
• Maintain and grow long-term B2B partnerships by offering strategic insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to keep the sales team informed and equipped
• Support complex negotiations and sales presentations with detailed product and market expertise.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in online sales, digital marketing, or online advertising (B2B experience preferred)
• Romanian language proficiency at C1 level and English proficiency at B2 level
• Proven track record of successful sales performance, with experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns
• Advanced knowledge of online advertising tools, platforms, and strategies
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Comfortable leading training sessions and mentoring other team members
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business tools.
