Sales Team Lead - French - Thessaloniki
Position: Sales Team Lead
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of inbound sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and quality standards
- Handle complex inquiries and escalations, providing guidance to team members
- Track, analyze, and report team performance, identifying improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and align team efforts with business goals
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to foster growth and development
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and deliver training to ensure the team is up-to-date on processes and product offerings
- Identify emerging trends in customer issues and sales opportunities to optimize workflows
- Participate in sales initiatives, supporting team efforts to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in a same / similar, from B2B sales or customer service environment
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and customer support software
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage and motivate team members toward achieving goals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets and KPIs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or management is a plus
- Adaptability to process changes and evolving business needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09 AM - 06 PM.
