About the role.
As a German-speaking VIP Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of high-value players. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering a premium, personalised experience that drives loyalty, retention, and long-term value.
This is a key role within the business, where your understanding of player behaviour, proactive mindset, and data-driven approach will directly impact player satisfaction and overall performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value VIP players
Monitor daily player activity to identify retention, reactivation, and growth opportunities
Deliver proactive, highly personalised VIP service via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Analyse player data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential churn risks
Collaborate closely with CRM, Payments, and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure a seamless player experience
Design and coordinate tailored bonuses and offers aligned with player value and behaviour
Provide insights and feedback to support the ongoing development of the VIP strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP Manager or in a similar role within the iGaming industry
Proven experience managing VIP portfolios and consistently achieving performance targets
Strong understanding of player behaviour and lifecycle management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident, engaging, and discreet approach
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and act strategically
Passion for online gaming, premium customer service, and high-quality player experiences.
