Position: Chief Operating Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

The Chief Operating Officer will oversee operational procedures. The primary focus in this role is to ensure the efficient functioning of all operational aspects, increasing productivity, profitability, and growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability.
• Provide visionary leadership and direction to all departments and staff.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture through effective management and motivation.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business activities.
• Implement robust systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
• Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies, particularly in high-risk areas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Drive innovation in payment solutions to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
• Stay abreast of developments in the payment solutions industry, particularly in high-risk sectors like gambling.
• Utilize deep industry knowledge to inform business decisions and strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record in senior executive roles such as COO or CFO. (or simular)
• Extensive experience in high-risk industries, payment systems and gambling
• Demonstrated success in leading and growing a business.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken (C1)
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
