Position: German Real Time Analyst

Location: Budapest, Hungary (on-site)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use strong analytical skills to decipher data effectively
• Maintain accurate records, safeguarding the integrity of data
• Grasp operational processes to enhance reporting and analysis with smart insights
• Skillfully manage real-time queues, adjusting skills as needed
• Foster team communication for effective staff coordination across different locations
• Ensure a pleasant and productive workplace atmosphere by overseeing floor discipline
• Consistently meet real-time adherence and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
• Provide timely and precise real-time reports, supporting informed decisions
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external clients through professional and prompt interactions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in B2/C1-level German and B2-level English for effective departmental communication
• Strong analytical experience with excellent Excel skills
• Openness to change with strong multitasking skills to meet departmental needs
• Ability to manage queues in real-time and adapt skills to achieve service goals
• Capable of making swift and accurate decisions to support service objectives
• Proficient in generating various reports and ad-hoc reports promptly from data
• Ability to perform high-level data analysis to derive meaningful insights
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Office applications for efficient data management
• Excellent communication abilities to convey information clearly within the team and to stakeholders
• Understanding of Avaya CMS for effective system operation
• Capacity for strategic alignment with business opportunities and growth objectives
• Willingness to work different shifts, including weekends, as per operational needs
• Ability to remain composed under pressure with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with scheduling basics to contribute effectively to departmental processes
