Inbound Chat Sales Representative - German

Position: German Inbound Chat Sales Representative

Location: Remote, Republic of Ireland

Work Model: Remote, work from home from anywhere in the Republic of Ireland

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Convert warm leads into appointments while creating a great experience for customers via chat
  • Build the excitement around the product and the brand
  • Manage contact info, schedules, calendaring, and communication
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene while optimizing processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum one year of direct sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience with proven track record of success preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, including outstanding telephone presence
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
  • Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via chat (previous chat experience preferred)
    • Achieve established sales goals and objectives
    • Solid understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization.
