Position: Dutch or Flemish Customer Support Representative

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support customers by answering inbound and making outbound calls - no sales nor acquisition will be involved
• Assist customers with their inquiries, clarify information, research issues and provide optimal solutions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, make a positive impact with every contact
• Achieve Key Performance Indicator's (KPI’s), that includes timely resolution and quality
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent to native level of Dutch/Flemish, both oral and written. Fluent in English
• 1 year of experience in customer service or other customer-facing sectors in a contact center or customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written)
• Customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional manner, understanding of customer concerns
• Ability to function in and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent comprehension and problem-solving skills
• Interest in the automotive sector will be an advantage.
