FinTech Finance Manager - Estonian
Position: Estonian FinTech Finance Manager
Location: Tallinn, Estonia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and submit monthly management accounts in accordance with IFRSs and local legislation
- Maintain regular communication with auditors and other service providers
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with all relevant authorities
- Develop and manage the annual budget and cash projections
- Act as the Authorised Representative for XCOEX OU in banks and exchanges
- Oversee relevant treasury functions, including certain payments
- Manage accesses and rights to banks and crypto exchanges, updating policies and certificates
- Handle AML/KYC requests from banks and exchanges regarding XCOEX OU activity
- Review legal documents and agreements
- Contribute to the long-term cryptocurrency vision and goals of the company
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards for cryptocurrency services
- Oversee financial performance and decision-making for the crypto operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager, Head of Accounting, Senior Accountant or in a similar role
- Experience within the FinTech industry is a must, and knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency is desirable
- Native or fluent proficiency in Estonian and English (reading, speaking, and writing) is mandatory
- Based in Tallinn, Estonia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, including formulas and spreadsheet formulation
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- Qualified or partially qualified ACA/ACCA is a plus
- Experience in a Big4 company will be considered an advantage.
